Easter Camp 2024
On Thursday 11th April 2024, around 50 cadets from Royal Russell CCF attended Longmoor Training Camp for our 4 day Easter Camp. Over the long weekend, the weather was relatively sunny and warm with no rain whatsoever. SCIC Course 2024
Over the first week of our Easter Break, Staff Sergeant De Guingand and I attended St Martins Plain Camp to complete a Senior Cadet Instructor Cadre (SCIC) which was run by London District Cadet Training Team (CTT). The course was attended by Army Cadets from a range of areas such as Berkshire, Middlesex and Leicestershire.
4 Star Range Day 2024
On Saturday 23rd March, a group of Army Cadets travelled down to the Pirbright ranges to improve their shooting and work their way to the 4 Star qualification and practice for upcoming cadet marksmanship competitions. AT Day – Go Ape 2024
On 17th March 2024, a group of cadets from Royal Russell Combined Cadet Force (CCF) attended Go Ape at Chessington World of Adventures for an Adventure Training (AT) day. This day also contributed to a lot of cadets achieving their ACS 1 Star AT Pass. We arrived at Royal Russell CCF for 1100hrs before heading
