The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) is only required when cadets are going to be conducting training on a military obstacle course on a camp or activity day.

If you are unsure if the PARQ is required please check the camp/activity letter, here.

*Please note that PARQ’s are only valid for one obstacle course at a time, so you may be required to complete more than one within the same training year.
